1. Collection, use and purpose of processing
DELTA MEDICAL collects, processes and uses the information provided by you in the Registration Form (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”) in order to respond to your requests, to distribute notifications, thematic and promotional mailings, as well as to conduct market research, including statistical and surveys (by mail and/or electronic means of communication) related to DELTA MEDICAL’s activities and products.

By signing the Personal Data Submission Form together with reading these General Terms and Conditions, you expressly consent to:
collection, use, processing and/or transfer of your personal data in accordance with the purpose of collection, use and/or transfer indicated in point 1 of these General Terms and Conditions within the meaning of the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR; Regulation (EU) 2016/679), as well as national legislation governing the protection of personal data.

– You have the right to protect your personal data from unlawful processing, accidental loss, deletion, damage, due to deliberate concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of such data, as well as the right to be protected from the provision of statements that are untrue and dishonor the honor, dignity and business reputation of a natural person;
– You have the right to complain about incorrect/unlawful processing of your personal data to the court and to apply legal protection;
– The right to withdraw this Consent;
– The right to familiarize yourself with the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data.
You voluntarily consent to receive advertising and other information and offers from DELTA MEDICAL and our partners by e-mail, social networks (Viber, Instagram, WatsApp, Facebook etc.) or by phone.
3. Disclosure of data for technical processing
As DELTA MEDICAL is a group of companies, your personal data may be transferred to one of DELTA MEDICAL’s partners and may be processed to fulfill the purpose set out in Part 1 of these General Terms and Conditions (including cross-border transfer of personal data). Data may be transferred to countries with different levels of personal data protection in accordance with the requirements and rules of the Council of Europe Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data.
4. Access to personal data and its security
Access to your personal data will be granted only to authorized employees of DELTA MEDICAL and partners, in accordance with the purpose indicated in part one of these General Terms and Conditions, as well as to ensure the security and processing of information. DELTA MEDICAL uses reasonable technical and organizational methods for the security and confidentiality of your personal data, and regularly reviews and improves these methods, if necessary, to reflect legislative changes and/or improvements in technical capabilities.
5. Correctness of personal data, amendments and withdrawal of Consent
DELTA MEDICAL does not verify your personal data provided by you to DELTA MEDICAL and shall not be liable for their correctness to third parties in case of their lawful transfer. You have the right to access and view your personal data, as well as the right to request their correction, amendment, deletion or blocking, as well as depersonalization in accordance with the rights of the subject of personal data as set forth in Part Two of these General Rules. You, as a personal data subject, may at any time withdraw the Consent to the processing of personal data provided by you under these General Terms and Conditions.
